GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. All applicants should be healthy trustworthy, diligent, audacious with good conduct and no criminal records.
2. All applicants must be citizens of Tanzania generally with an age of 20 and not above 45 years.
3. The level of education is primary school education, ordinal secondary school certificate and above for Security Guards. For the position of Human Resource Officer, the candidates must have a diploma of human resource or public administration.
4. Must have experience in similar task for not less than 3 years.
5. Able to speak and write both Swahili and English (for the position of human resource officer).
6. Applicants must attach an up-to-date curriculum vitae (CV) having three referees, personal particulars and reliable contacts: postal address/ post code, email and telephone numbers.
7. Applicants must attach their certified copies of relevant certificates. Form IV results slip are not acceptable.
8. Applicants must attach copies of birth certificates or copy of identification such as voter’s card, national identity card and three recently coloured passport size.
9. Applicants must have height of 58 and above, eyesight- good and physical fit (For the position of Security Guards).
10. Having of any security training/ background will also be added advantage.
11. Applicants should be able to work in the following regions such as PWANI region, Dar Es Salaam region and Morogoro region.
