WHO WE ARE

Kiduli Security Company Limited (KSCL) is the Company ratified under the Company Act Cap. 2002 with registration number 140853526. The Company head office Located at Kiluvya Madukani area within Kisarawe district Coast Region Tanzania Plot no 592 block “A” Kiluvya. It is registered to work in Tanzania Mainland. The Company has the TIN number 140-853-526. This Profile lay down the vision, mission and dealers of the Company, also describe the services offered by Kiduli Security Company Limited, its management structure and the experiences having in performing their duties.

Leadership and Management of the Company

The establishment of Kiduli Security Company come from a combination of inputs, including: regulatory requirement, customer needs and satisfactions and best. Where, the company started at July, 2019 when the founder of the Company Mr. Ally Abdallah Masimike decided to establish the company on 01st July, 2019. The founder decided to establish the company after he has seen and reviewed some challenges facing the private security company in Tanzania. These challenges including: Some of private security company working below standards at the results caused poor performance for the company, also some security guards does not meet standards because of lacking training and working development, not only that but also absence of professionalism and ethics values to security companies and their staffs. Moreover, many security companies providing security services in traditional ways, these are some reasons making the forefather to establish the company.

Establishment

On 31st December, 2019 the company get permit for registration of the security company from Tanzania Police Force with reference number PHQ/SO.I/PS/901/VOL.II/32. It is registered with the registrar of the company (BRELA) on 22nd January, 2020 under the company act 2002 with registration number 140853526. The company comes in to effect immediately after its registration where all conditions for operating Security Company was fulfilled. It is registered at Tanzania revenue authority (TRA) with TIN number 140-853-526 and obtained licence from Kisarawe district Counsel to open the office of security at Kiluvya area Kisarawe district Coast Region Tanzania 7 km from Mailimoja Kibaha district and 3km from Morogoro Road.

Share holder of the Company are Ally Abdallah Masimike with 60% shares, Salehe Sultani Mnaki with 10% shares and Salum Hamza Madongo with 20% shares who is now resigned and returned all shares to the company since August, 2021.The director of the company are Ally Abdallah Masimike, Salehe Sultani Mnaki and Salum Hamza Madongo who is now resigned since August, 2021. The secretary of the company was Musa Jafari Kindeka who is now removed from the office since 15th August, 2021 and the current Secretary is Asia Juma Sawa who is holding the office since August, 2021. The main aim of the company is to be competitive in the industry of private security company in Tanzania at the end of December, 2021. We aim at making conducive environment of working for our guards, deploying technological equipments, using modern technology in our daily routine. We believe in zero theft at our site with our slogan Together we secure.

The company primarily engaged in providing guard and patrol services such as guarding (armed and unarmed), setting alarm systems, emergency responses, CCTV Installations and maintenance, Access control, Making electrical fence, making gate motor, providing event security, VIP Protection (bodyguard), making surveillance and mobile control. The company is now expecting to implement its huge project known as “Mtaa kwa mtaa” project with a goal of ensuring zero theft in January 2022. The project will cover some areas of Makurunge in Kisarawe District and other part of Kibaha District to detect and prevent crime as well as ensuring all individuals in the community live in safe environment.
